House and flat clearance in Haute-Savoie
Emptying a house, a flat or a garage after a move, a sale or a death — with sorting, donation and a clean handover of the property.
Clearing a property is rarely only a logistical problem. After a death, it is done while a family is grieving, often under pressure from a notary or an estate agent. After a move, it is the last obstacle before a sale. In both cases, what is needed is a team that sorts honestly, values what has value, and leaves the place clean.
We clear houses, flats, garages, cellars and commercial premises across the Haute-Savoie. Everything is sorted: what has no value goes to the tip, usable goods go to associations, and anything of value is assessed and can be deducted from the cost. The quote is based on the volume to be cleared and access to the property.
Indicative rate from the existing price list: €68 incl. VAT per m³ cleared, including transport, labour, tip fees and skip hire where needed. Adjusted according to access and condition.

Sallanches, Megève, Combloux, Chamonix and the Arve valley.

Questions
Questions about this service
Can the clearance be free?
Sometimes. If the value of what can be recovered covers the cost of the work, the clearance can be free or even paid back to you. If the cost is higher than the value, the difference is invoiced. We assess before committing, and say which case applies.
Do you handle estate clearances with a notary?
Yes, regularly. We produce an inventory of what is found, set aside documents and objects that may matter to the family, and work with the notary’s timetable. The family decides what is kept; we never dispose of anything without instruction.
How long does a clearance take?
A flat is usually one to two days, a house three to five depending on volume and access. We give a date and keep it, because the sale or the end of a lease usually depends on it.
