A building ages through small things: a failed bulb, a leaking joint, a stair that stays dirty because nobody has the right machine. These are not projects, but they decide how the building is perceived — by residents, by tenants, by prospective buyers.
We provide regular cleaning for common areas and premises, one-off deep cleans after works, and a maintenance service that covers small repairs without calling three different firms. The scope is written down: what is included, how often, and what is charged as an extra.
Contracts are monthly or per intervention, with a named contact and a written checklist. No automatic renewal without a review.

Do you take on small co-ownerships?
Yes — small buildings are often the ones that need a reliable local firm most. We visit with the managing agent, agree the frequency and the checklist, and report anything that turns into a repair.
What does end-of-works cleaning include?
Removal of dust on all surfaces, paint and plaster residue, window and frame cleaning, floor treatment suited to the material, and evacuation of the waste left by the trades. It is quoted from the surface and the condition of the site.
Can one firm handle cleaning and the repairs?
That is the point of the service: one contact for both, one invoice, one schedule. Repairs that need a specialist (electrical installation, structural work) are quoted separately but coordinated by us.
