Renovation work in Sallanches
Our base. Flats in the town centre, houses in the hamlets and co-ownerships along the Arve — all within a short drive of the workshop.
Sallanches is where the company is established, which changes the practical side of a job: a site visit is not a half-day, a missing part is not a week, and a leak on a Friday afternoon is not a weekend without water. The town also has a housing stock that mixes 1960s–1980s co-ownerships with older village houses and recent buildings along the valley floor.
We work on all of them: apartment renovations in the centre, house and chalet refurbishment in the surrounding hamlets, maintenance contracts for small co-ownerships, and the seasonal services — snow clearing, clearance, end-of-works cleaning — that come with living in the valley.
The centre, the station district, the hamlets
The town centre mixes 19th-century buildings, 1960s–1980s co-ownerships and recent blocks along the Arve. The work differs completely from one to the next: in the old buildings the constraint is the floor structure and the shared stacks; in the 1970s buildings it is the electrical installation, the single glazing and the heating.
Outside the centre, the hamlets along the valley are made of individual houses with their own access, their own roof and their own septic system. There, the job is rarely a single trade: a roof repair leads to gutters, then to a façade, then to a terrace that has been leaking for two winters.
Working in an occupied building
Most of our sites in Sallanches are occupied. That changes the method more than the price: noisy work is grouped into fixed windows, water cuts are announced the day before and kept to a few hours, and the site is cleaned every evening rather than every Friday.
It also changes what we recommend. When a flat is lived in, phasing the work — networks and bathroom first, kitchen and finishes later — is often better than one long site, even if it costs slightly more in mobilisation.

Questions
Frequently asked — Sallanches
Do you charge for the first visit in Sallanches?
No. The first visit and the quote are free and without obligation, in Sallanches and the neighbouring communes. Only technical studies — thermal, structural, asbestos — are charged, and only if your project needs one.
Can you intervene quickly for an emergency?
For a leak or a loss of power, call. Being based in the town means we can often pass the same day or the next morning, depending on the schedule. We tell you honestly on the phone what is possible.
Do you intervene outside the town centre?
Yes, in the hamlets along the commune and the neighbouring villages. Access is checked before the quote: a narrow lane or a steep driveway changes the time a delivery takes, and therefore the schedule.
