Emergency call-outs
Plumbing and bathroom renovation
Leaks, blocked drains, water heaters — and complete bathrooms, from the pipework to the last tile.
In an old Alpine building, plumbing is rarely where you expect it. Lead or galvanised pipes hidden behind plaster, a water heater placed under a low roof, a drain that runs through a neighbour’s ceiling. A repair that ignores this context costs twice: once to fix, once to redo.
We handle both the emergency and the planned renovation. For a bathroom, the work starts with the fall of the floor, the position of the waste and the ventilation; then come waterproofing, tiling and fittings. Every stage is done by our own team, which is why we can give a single date for the room to be usable again.
Published call-out price: €109 incl. VAT for a plumbing repair, including travel (€59) and the first hour of labour (€49). Parts are quoted separately.

Sallanches, Megève, Combloux, Chamonix and the Arve valley.

Questions
Questions about this service
Do you intervene at weekends and on public holidays?
Call-out is possible outside the usual opening hours depending on the schedule, and a weekend intervention is charged at a different rate, confirmed on the phone before we come. We do not promise a 24/7 service we cannot hold.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Two to three weeks for a complete bathroom, including waterproofing and drying time before tiling. We plan a temporary solution if the flat has only one bathroom.
Can you find a leak without breaking the walls?
In many cases yes, using acoustic detection and pressure testing. When opening is unavoidable, we open as little as possible and close the wall again as part of the same intervention.
